Sister City Committee The Sister City Committee meets quarterly. Its most important tasks is to propose goals and objectives, budget needs and policies for the sister city program and serve as official hosts for delegations from Sandown and/or the Isle of Wight. The Committee assists the Library Director/Sister City Liaison in recruiting volunteers for sister city activities, soliciting businesses for donations and in promoting Sandown and the Isle of Wight in the community.
