Services Committee
The Leisure Services Committee is a five
member committee of residents appointed by the City Commission
to develop programs, evaluate existing programs and make recommendations
to the Commission regarding the following:
- Municpal open space
- Programs offered by the division and methods
of improving those programs
- Development of new recreational programs
- Protection and maintenance of existing parks
and recreation facilities
The Committee normally meets at 7pm on the 3rd Wednesday
of every month in the City Commission Chambers. The
Committee may also hold special meetings to address specific
issues. All meetings are open to the public and comments and
suggestions are always welcome.
