Computer Classes Instruction in using the library's catalog and premium online resources. On-going. Sign up at the Reference Desk. Loan-Free Paperbacks Mass-market sized softcovers, donated by patrons. No Library card necessary. Reference Assistance Help---in person, by telephone or via the Internet---in using library tools, finding a specific piece of information or locating materials on a particular subject. Online Resources Databases purchased by St. Pete Beach, the PPLC and the State Library to complement the library's reference books. A St. Pete Beach-issued library card is required to log-in.
Reserves Automated queues (on-line) for bestsellers, with notification by telephone. Photocopier Black-and-white and color; letter, legal and ledger size. Reduction/enlargement. $.20/page. Internet Access Filtered access via fiber optic cable line. Research and web email. Six stations: first-come, first-served; 1-hour/day limit. Library card required. Reciprocal Borrowing Available for St. Petersburg College students and Florida public library members, with card in-hand and photo I.D. Homebound Delivery Library materials brought to and picked up from non-ambulatory St. Pete Beach residents.
