Under the general guidance of the Public Services Director performs highly responsible professional, technical, and administrative work in the establishment of asset management programs for the wastewater, reclaimed, and stormwater utilities as well as overall Right-Of-Way (ROW) management, permitting processes, short and long range Capitol Improvement Plans (CIPs), and utility customer service.
