Pinellas County Solid Waste Department

You can always drop off your own trash, for a weight fee at the Pinellas County landfill. This location also serves as a hazardous chemical drop site and mulch pick up location.

From St. Pete Beach: Take I-275 through St. Petersburg and take the Park Blvd. Exit (it will also say Pinellas Park). Exit and turn left. At the second traffic light, turn right and then make another immediate right. The road will make a sharp bend to the left and become 28th Street. Go north until you pass the refuse-to-energy plant. Turn left on 114th Ave. (where all the garbage trucks are turning) and make an immediate right. The Solid Waste Administration building will be on the right.
