Code Enforcement
The Code Enforcement Division of the Community Development Department provides an important function in ensuring that the City of St. Pete Beach is a comfortable, safe and appealing community in which to live, work and visit.
Our mission is dedicated to provide prompt and courteous response to complaints and to maintain a pro-active plan of regular neighborhood inspections.
Violations
The quality of life is maintained by enforcing the city's ordinances and codes. Many code violations are nuisance type infractions (e.g, overgrown yards, unlicensed vehicles, junk and debris). However, some violations are more serious and could impact public safety (e.g, construction, permitting, licensing and housing standards).
File a Complaint
- Make a complaint about short-term/vacation rentals to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (provide as much information as possible)
- Make a complaint to Code Enforcement
