The ultimate aqua fat burner! A full body workout incorporating cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Perfect for all levels of fitness using a variety of aquatic equipment.

Aqua Zumba

Jump into the Latin inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance-fitness party that makes working out a splash. Come Zumba down with Instructor Mary Brown.

Aqua Yoga

Aqua yoga has all the benefits of land-based yoga such as stress reduction, better body awareness, and increased flexibility. Being in the water:

  • Reduces the weight on your joints

Aqua Barre

Focusing on:

  • Alignment
  • Balance
  • Flexibility
  • Postural strength

Participants will utilize the barre for ballet and Pilates inspired exercises in the pool. This class is great for those who are looking to lengthen and tone muscles but want to avoid stress on the joints.

Aqua Motion

A non stop water workout concentrating on advanced cardiovascular training; get ready to sweat!

Aqua Power

A full body workout with emphasis in strength building, cardio conditioning and functional movement. Choreographed interval training, switches from low to high resistance by changing hand positioning, body orientation and using dumbbells. The class is effective for building muscle and burning calories all day! 

All fitness ages can enjoy this powerful experience with our latest Instructor, Christian Aguillon.

Complete Aquatic Work Out

This class is designed for a complete work-out using the natural resistance of the water and aided by resistance bells. The class offers:

  • Aerobics
  • Balance
  • Range of motion
  • Strength training
  • Stretching
  • Toning
  • And oh yes, fun!

It is designed for swimmers and non-swimmers alike, and is conducted in both shallow and deeper water (noodles are used) for a total body experience. If air temperature is below 75 degrees Fahrenheit please call ahead to insure class will be in session.
