Requests for refunds or changes to your reservation must be submitted 7 days prior to your reservation.
There are no refunds due to inclement weather.
Alcohol is not permitted.
Fires are not permitted in park-supplied grills only. Bring your own charcoal.
Parking is allowed in designated areas only and violators may be ticketed.
Parking spaces are not guaranteed with a pavilion reservation.
Decorations may not be attached to pavilion, picnic tables or landscaping with staples, tacks, nails, etc.
Decorations may not be attached to any trees, bushes, etc.
All trash must be bagged and disposed of in receptacles provided. If trash cans will not be adequate for disposal, it is the renter's responsibility to remove and dispose of excess trash offsite.
Shelters do have electricity.
Only small appliances may be plugged in. Anything larger than a small appliance will require a generator. (i.e. Bounce House).
All food, rental, bounce house or entertainment vendors must be insured to the minimum standards required by The City of St. Pete Beach and must provide a certificate of insurance naming The City of St. Pete Beach as additional insured.
Picnic tables shall not be moved from the shelter.
A shelter can be reserved by the hour; shelters are available from 8 am until sunset.
Special Event functions require permission and are subject to additional fees. Please note: This includes picnics with more than 200 attendees.
